Automatic Horizontal Flow Wrap Packing Machine
Basic Configuration:
1.Knife Sealing Mechanism: Rotating knife sealing mechanism, single-blade single heating tube with a 132 center distance, straight pattern, 3 striped coarse-tooth knife holders with a length of 180mm, surface nickel immersion treatment.
2.Middle Sealing Mechanism: Ironing plate type small roller, the ironing plate is made of copper material, the paper-pulling wheel has a vertical pattern, the width of the paper-pulling wheel is 10mm, the pressing wheel has a rice flower pattern, and the pressing width is 12mm; it is equipped with a powered middle sealing lower conveyor as standard and a green PVC belt is installed.
3.Paper-feeding Swing Rod Mechanism: Basic type paper-feeding swing rod mechanism, with a standard needle roller for exhaust.
Paper Supporting Mechanism: Equipped with a single paper support as standard.
4.Tail Stock: Belt feeding tail stock, with a length of 2 meters; the tail stock belt is a green PVC belt (non-food grade), and the width of its left and right movable panels is 180mm and the height is 25mm.
5.Bag-forming Device: Equipped with an adjustable bag-forming device as standard, with an adjustable maximum width of 160mm.
Standard green PVC belt for label output, with a length of 340mm.
6.Carbon steel frame with a black appearance, and the knife sealing cover is made of black ABS polymer.
7.Touch Screen: 7-inch touch screen.
