Industrial labeling machine

The star wheel assembly is mainly composed of a bottle feeding star wheel, a guide plate, and a bottle output star wheel. The bottle enters the bottle feeding star wheel directly from the bottle feeding guide assembly, and then accurately falls on the bottle holder. After the bottle is labelled, it enters the bottle-out star wheel and is transported to the conveyor line.

The labeling head assembly of the industrial labeling machine is composed of the label feeding assembly, the swing rod assembly, the guide roller assembly, the knife drum assembly, the labeling glue stick assembly, the label drum assembly, the glue stick assembly, the melting cylinder assembly, the corrector and other components. After detecting the bottle, the measuring object electric eye transmits the signal to the control system. After receiving the signal, the control system controls the servo motor to output the label and sticks the label on the bottle. Then, the label is fully attached to the bottle through the labeling assembly.

When an alarm occurs on the industrial labeling machine, the alarm scroll bar displays the alarm information, the alarm light flashes red and the buzzer sounds. Detect the equipment according to the alarm information, click reset to clear the alarm after troubleshooting, and click the buzzer reset to temporarily turn off the buzzer in the alarm state.

Common faults

1. The label is used up alarm, replace the label roll.

2. Product count alarm, the count reaches the set output, and the output is reset;

3. The inverter alarms, check the alarm information

4. Servo alarm, view alarm information

5. Emergency stop alarm, turn on the emergency stop switch;
