Work process

The bottles that need to be labelled enter the machine on a conveyor belt and are separated so that there is proper space between each bottle for label application. Using photoelectric c detection, the printing mechanism works with the conveyor belt to automatically print the corresponding labels. It is then smoothly peeled off the paper and attached to the bottle. The waistband at the end flattens the label and ensures a proper fit. Finally, the bottle is released from the machine and goes to the next automated step in the factory line.
