Slat Conveyor

The slat conveyor can move at constant speed or index, again depending on the requirements. Products can be placed directly on the slats, or fixtures can be attached to the slats to aid assembly on the production line.

A slat conveyor consists of slats made of hardwood or plastic bolted between chains, effectively creating a moving "table" surface. The length of the conveyor belt and the width of the slats are designed according to the product being transported.
