The working principle of the slip protection system is to compare and analyze the speed of the conveyor belt by detecting the speed change of the conveyor belt and the speed of the drive drum. There is no difference between the two during normal operation. If slip occurs, there will be a difference between the two. When the belt speed exceeds its normal value When the value is 10% or lower than 25%-30% of its normal value, a slip alarm signal will be issued, and the user can stop the control network at this time, which can prevent production accidents caused by conveyor belt slippage, and avoid Unnecessarily frequent braking.
