The packing container of linear liquid filling machine generally moves in a straight line, and the filling process is intermittent. It is often used in the filling of materials with high viscosity. Its filling speed is low, and the filling speed is generally less than 10,000 bottles/hour. The packing container of rotary filling machine generally moves in a circle, and the filling process can be intermittent or continuous. The filling speed of rotary liquid filling machine is higher, generally reaching more than 10,000 bottles/hour, or even hundreds of thousands of bottles/hour, and its overall structure is larger.
Rotary filling machine is composed of packaging material conveying mechanism, packaging container delivery mechanism, container lifting mechanism, quantitative filling mechanism, capping mechanism, rotary plate and transmission system.
(1) Material conveying mechanism: to complete the supply of packaging materials, packaging materials into the filling machine liquid storage tank for replenishment, and keep the liquid level of the liquid storage tank stable. Conveying pump, high slot, liquid level control mechanism.
(2) Container supply and delivery mechanism: the bottle will be accurately in and out of the filling machine, complete continuous transmission, timed supply, to ensure the normal work of the filling machine. Continuous conveying machinery has a continuous conveying device with belt conveyor, chain conveyor; The timing supply mechanism has a claw type dial wheel and a limit screw.
(3) Container lifting mechanism: to complete the lifting movement of packaging containers, packaging containers in the lifting process to achieve quantitative filling, commonly used mechanisms include slideway type, compressed air type and mixed slideway and compressed air.
(4) Quantitative filling mechanism: used for quantitative filling of empty bottles after rising. Commonly used mechanisms are spring valve type, negative pressure filling valve and equal pressure filling valve.
(5) Capping mechanism: seal the top cover of the full bottle after filling, gland mechanism and capping mechanism.
(6) Rotary disk and transmission system: Under the action of the transmission system, packing materials and packaging containers are filled in the process of rotation. There are liquid storage tank, quantitative filling valve, lifting bottle support and other devices.
