1. Reinforced design and increased torque design.

2. The pressure between the driving shaft and the pressure roller can be adjusted, so that the label paper's traveling direction can be adjusted arbitrarily, instead of ordinary elastic compression, the label will run as it is.

3. The plastic belt can be tilted, and the header can be adjusted in eight dimensions. Any product can be adjusted within a few minutes.

4. It can be equipped with a roller sticking device or a three-roller mechanism to realize automatic labeling of round bottles at the same time.

5. Chinese and English operation interface, random help system, operators can use it after a little training. The pressure belt is connected with the main machine gear to ensure the absolute synchronization of the two conveyor belts without any adjustment.

6. The host adopts the famous factory servo motor to achieve true closed-loop control, avoiding the "blind walking" phenomenon of ordinary stepping motors, high-precision subdivision, built-in value encoder, and designed to improve accuracy.

7. The multi-channel synchronizer design can automatically detect the accurate positioning of the object to be labeled to achieve accurate labeling.

8. The label is flattened by a scraper and pressed by a non-powered sponge roller to complete one-time labeling, and no bubbles are generated. It is especially suitable for transparent labels on frosted bottles.

9. The label output head adopts a double pressing roller structure to ensure label compression and avoid label breakage caused by die-cutting damage to the bottom paper. The segmented clutch makes the tension more uniform.
