2. The container conveyed by the conveyor belt is separated by the screw according to the spacing of the star wheel and sent to the labeling guide plate by the star wheel. The container starts to be rotated by the vacuum drum to complete the labeling. During the entire labeling process, The container is close to the vacuum drum and rotates synchronously with the vacuum drum, so the label is very flat and tight.

3. The production speed can reach 18,000 bottles/hour, which can be connected to high-speed filling line for production, which greatly improves the production speed and saves production costs.

4. The man-machine interface can display the actual status of the machine, output, hot melt temperature, glue temperature and other information at a glance, which is convenient for users to troubleshoot, and the operation interface is friendly. It can be started or jog manually when re-debugging or changing the standard, which is easy to operate.
