The filling volume of the filling machine is inaccurate or does not discharge
1. Whether the speed throttle valve and the filling interval throttle valve are closed, and the throttle valve cannot be closed;
2. Is there any foreign matter in the quick-installation three-way control valve? If so, please sort it out. Is there any air in the quick-installation three-way control valve and the leather tube of the filling head? If there is air, try to reduce or remove the air;
3. Check whether the sealing ring is damaged, if damaged, please replace it with a new one;
4. Check whether the spool of the filling nozzle is jammed or delayed to open. If there is a jam, the spool must be reinstalled. If the opening is delayed, the thin cylinder throttle valve needs to be adjusted;
5. Tighten the elastic force of the coil spring up and down in the quick-installation three-way control valve, and the check valve will not open if the elastic force is too large;
6. Whether the filling speed is too fast, adjust the filling speed throttle valve to reduce the filling speed;
7. Whether the clamp and leather tube buckle can be sealed well, if so, please correct it;
8. The magnetic switch is not loose, please lock it after adjusting the amount each time.
The filling machine material from the rear end of the material tank has the following reasons:
1. Is the material cylinder in the center of the material cylinder bracket? If there is any abnormal movement of the material cylinder, please reinstall the position;
2. Whether the piston and piston rod of the material cylinder are fastened, please lock them if they are loose;
3. Check whether the O-ring of the cylinder piston is damaged, and replace it if damaged.
3. The piston of the material cylinder of the filling machine does not come back after being pushed to the top, the position of the movable magnetic switch, press the emergency stop switch, and adjust the movable magnetic switch from the beginning.
