Work process
The product is conveyed by the upper conveyor belt→transported by the plate chain conveyor belt→bottle splitting screw or bottle splitting star wheel and bottle splitting→bottle feeding star wheel feeding→pre-positioning→electric eye detection→labeling station receives the electric eye signal and sends the label (positive label )→The label is sent to the bottle quickly→The bottle rotates 180° and the labeling mechanism straightens the label→Labeling station 2 receives the electric eye signal to send the label (back label) (optional)→The bottle reverses 180° and the labeling mechanism supports the back Label → finished product is output by plate chain conveyor belt
