Beacon eye failure

Solution: Place the label in the electric eye detection area of the marker, slide the label to obtain and disconnect the signal, and observe whether the signal light is blinking in the IO monitoring on the touch screen. If the signal light does not blink, the electrical eye may be faulty or the connection is loose. For the joint loose situation, the joint will be pressed, if the problem is not solved, then consider the fault of the electric eye, timely replacement of the marker electric eye

The label paper does not pass through the electric eye detection area of the test marker

Solution: Install the label paper through the electric eye detection area of the measuring mark

Dust, powder, broken labels, etc. cover the electric eye detection end

Solution: Clean the electric eye in time, and do not use wet cloth or other cleaning tools in dry conditions.

The effective signal of the beacon eye is not adjusted properly

Solution: reset the beacon eye. (Set according to the operation process in the instruction manual of each type of marker electric eye)

The type of marker used has no effect on the material and nature of the label itself

If the transparent label is used on the device, but the detection eye is a common marker eye, it may occur that the indicator eye senses the measured object, and the label will be continuously peeled out of the header.

Solution: Replace the relative nature, can normally detect the effective signal of the beacon eye.
