Features

1. Adopt wheel label.

2. The label is fed into the label along the guide rail through the paper feed roller.

3. When the label passes the paper feed roller, the sensor will automatically detect.

4. Once the position of the electric eye is detected, the demodulator will adjust the speed of the feeding wheel and accurately detect the labeling position.

5. The bottles are fed through the conveyor belt, sorted by the star wheel, labelled for the first time, and then continue to use the timing belt to complete the labeling process.

Machine Details

The labeling station can be customized according to daily production needs, up to 36 stations, and the speed can reach 36,000 bottles per hour

Each labeling head is affixed with one type of label, and multiple labeling heads can be customized according to requirements to realize multiple uses in one machine
